Glossary
A participle can sometimes be used to express a command. This
usage is quite rare and some grammarians even debate whether it actually
occurs in the NT.
ἀποστυγοῦντες τὸ πονηρόν, κολλώμενοι τῷ ἀγαθῷ· (Rom 12:9)
